Christophe Nicolas Biot's damaged hair routine
Christophe Nicolas Biot offers a five-step routine for damaged hair, to restore vitality, health and shine.
Step 1 on dry hair
- Apply La Repulpe on lengths and ends;
- At the root, apply Cleansing Milk #1 + a few drops ofHair Oil n°1 or n°2 depending on your hair problems.
Step 2
Leave for a few hours to overnight.
Step 3
- Rinse thoroughly and then wash your hair twice in a row with the Cream Shampoo n°3.
Step 4
- Finish your wash withVegetal Emulsion n°4 without detangling the hair.
- Rinse off.
Step 5
- Detangle with fingers or a detangling comb then spray with one to two pumps ofBotanic Water n°5.
- Rinse off.
