Characteristics of the Damaged Hair Routine

Why do we have damaged hair? Color, pool, sun, straightening, blow-drying, pollution, poor hygiene... There are many reasons for dull, damaged hair. And if you think that nourishing your hair is enough to repair it, you're wrong. You need to treat your hair deeply and gently, and above all, give it time to "recover". Follow Christophe Nicolas Biot's advice and adopt his special damaged hair routine.

5-step Damaged Hair Routine

1- On lengths and ends: apply La Repulpe.
At the roots: apply Cleansing Milk n°1 + a few drops ofHair Oil n°1 or n°2 depending on scalp problems.
2- Leave on for a few hours or overnight.
3- Rinse thoroughly, then wash hair 2 consecutive times with Shampoo Cream n°3.
4- Finish withVegetal Emulsion n°4 without detangling hair. Rinse.
5- Detangle with fingers or detangling comb, then spray with 1-2 pumps ofBotanic Water n°5. Rinse.
